Water scarcity affects all social and economic sectors and threatens the sustainability of the natural base. Water scarcity is also the foundation for food and energy security and overall long-term social economic development. Water underpins health, nutrition, equity, gender equality, well-being and economic. This is reflected in the Anglican vision that states “A growing, caring Anglican Church boldly proclaiming Christ.” The GMA is making efforts to drill boreholes for the community, at least one borehole has been completed.
